Responsibilities
Managing schedules, appointments, and reminders
Assisting with email and document organization
Light bookkeeping and data entry (QuickBooks knowledge is a plus!)
Helping keep things on track with follow-ups and task management
Supporting small business operations in a fast-paced but friendly environment
Someone trustworthy, detail-oriented, and proactive
Great communication and follow-through
Comfortable with technology (email, calendars, cloud docs, etc.)
Ability to learn quickly and help problem-solve when things come up
You’d be working directly with the owner – helping with business tasks, small projects, and sometimes a little bit of everything. The right person will be appreciated, respected, and part of a tight-knit team that’s building something meaningful.
