Primary Responsibilities:
Enter and Maintain QuickBooks – Customers and Vendors
Maintain Customer’s paper and digital files in OneDrive
Process Customer’s payments and make deposits
Maintain Vendor’s paper and digital invoices and receipts
Prepare and Digitize Estimates and approved Invoices
Prepare and Maintain Estimate paperwork and digital Calendar
Prepare, Process paperwork for Shop and Production Board
Provide Customer Service by phone and Showroom
Maintain Showroom presentation
Maintain Photo gallery in OneDrive, as directed
Maintain all data collecting reports
Compile and Report sales, production and AR reports to Owners weekly
Maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
Maintain company cloud storage
Sort and Process mail
Supplies run for Office
Secondary Responsibilities:
Back-Up Operations Manager
o Schedule installations
o Follow-up with Installers on installation progress and updates
o Assist with Inventory and inventory deliveries
o Assist with Payroll and timekeeping
o Follow-up with Fabricators on production status and updates.
Deliver and Pick-up products from Vendors as needed
Deliver and Pick-up products to Installers as needed
Assist Joanne or bookkeeper in reconciling accounts on Quickbooks
Assist with any other projects as needed.
