Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member
Answer phones and route calls or take messages as needed
Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
Organize and maintain physical and digital files
Prepare and edit simple documents, forms, and emails
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Keep office supplies stocked and organized
Provide support with basic data entry and spreadsheet management
Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication skills – both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
