Job Opportunity With Hiring Hub

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in office administration. The successful candidate will provide basic administrative support, assist with day-to-day office operations, and gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member

Answer phones and route calls or take messages as needed

Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

Organize and maintain physical and digital files

Prepare and edit simple documents, forms, and emails

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Keep office supplies stocked and organized

Provide support with basic data entry and spreadsheet management

Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Good communication skills – both written and verbal
