Job Responsibilities:
Contribute to the assembly of manufactured housing under the direction of a Construction Crew Lead.
Perform manual labor tasks in designated areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization for safety.
Utilize tape measures and interpret blueprints accurately to complete tasks as required.
Maintain communication with coworkers to facilitate workflow and project completion.
Operate various hand, air, and electrical tools proficiently to accomplish assigned duties.
Qualifications:
Comprehensive training provided; no prior experience necessary.
Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced team members.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
Basic math and measurement skills are required.
