A First Step provides services for people with intellectual/ developmental disabilities through the developmental disability waiver. We are hiring Registered Nurse and or LPN to complete nursing assessments annually or when there is a change of condition, hours are flexible you make your own schedule, this position can be remote after probationary period, and you are knowledgeable of you job requirements.

Develop Health care plans
Train in health care plans
Complete quarterly home Visit
Attending State meeting
Attend individual team meeting report health condition and collaboration
Develop health care reports quarterly and our semi- annual report
Update individual files
Maintain state mandated training
Qualification
Must be willing to travel occasionally to the southeast area and or Metro check on individuals
Must have Dependable transportation
Pass background check/ fingerprints
Meet required state mandated deadlines.
must have self-managing skills
Must have a current Nursing License
First Aid CPR
Compensation
Milage pd
