## Position Details
Location: Rio Rancho, NM
Shifts: 12-hour overnight shifts, 8:00pm – 8:00am
Schedule: Consistent hours — one weekday night and Sunday night every other week
## Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and compassionate care to the client during overnight hours
- Assist with routine personal care, mobility, and safety
- Follow established care plans and communicate any changes in condition
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation, as needed
## Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Responsible, punctual, and dependable work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred, but not required
