Poki Poki Cevicheria is hiring! We need part time or full time team members that have open availability.
What we need is:
- Team members who are fully engaged with the customer! The customer is the #1 priority!
- Team members who are fully engaged with the team and come with a smile and positive attitude!
- Cleanly individuals, you will be tasked with various cleaning duties. This includes kitchen equipment, bathrooms, tables, etc.
- Fast workers and fast learners, but detail-oriented. This is a fast-paced job and requires your attention to detail while working under pressure.
- Individuals who take pride in their work and do the job to the best of their ability. We want to serve the best product possible!
- Individuals who enjoy working with others and creating a fun and exciting work environment
- Be comfortable! Having one on one interactions and explaining the menu to customers.
- Great customer service. This is key as you will be interacting with customers constantly. It's important to attend to the customer's needs and wants.
- Individuals who can up-sell! We have a lot of fantastic food options and beverage options for our guests.
What we prefer is:
- Those who have reliable transportation
- Those who are self-motivated and goal driven
- Individuals who have flexible work schedules and can work weekends, nights, and holidays when needed
- Individuals with alcohol certification
