Farm Stand Barista
To apply, please respond to this post with your resume and an introduction.
The Farm Stand:
We are passionate about local and small scale sustainable agriculture and have created a space where we can showcase this. The Farm Stand comprises the retail fronts of three local businesses: Milagro Vineyards, Silver Leaf Farms, and Candlestick Coffee Roasters. All three businesses share the same space at The Farm Stand and work together to help promote each other's businesses. Milagro Vineyards has been a grower/producer of old world wine for over 30 years in Corrales, NM. Silver Leaf Farms has been growing vegetables in Corrales on 20 acres and large greenhouses for over 13 years, and Candlestick Coffee Roasters has been roasting small batch, fair trade, beans in Corrales for 4 years. We strive to create a space and experience that is uniquely “Corrales” by showcasing food and drink that is grown, roasted, and raised in Corrales. For example, some of Milagro’s grapes that are used to make wine are grown at The Farm Stand. Additionally, some of the plant starts that Silver Leaf Farms sells are grown at The Farm Stand. The coffee beans that we use in our cafe are roasted onsite at The Farm Stand by Candlestick Coffee Roasters.
We take pride in the space and teams we have created and look forward to bringing on a new Barista team member to The Farm Stand.
