Scope: Resource needs to be at least a Sr. Tech level - who can follow tech instructions to set up new users with their cell phones, help transfer data from old PC's to new Laptops, help gather credentials from networking gear. Change IP addresses on network assets, establish serial connections to network assets for remote admins to reconfigure. Deploy pre-configured switches, Firewalls and wireless access points. Troubleshoot and resolve basic network issues such as bad cables etc.
