Are you ready to help us make the future?The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is ($83,200.00 - $104,000.00). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

Work with Program Management Office, Project Managers and Leadership Team to support program and team objectives

Primary focus as Deputy Program Manager supporting cost, schedule and status of project deliverables and performance

Track and mitigate risks identified by Project Engineers

Support proposals and baseline control

Collaborate with other disciplines to resolve complex and unforeseen problems

Adapt working methods when unforeseen problems arise, or milestones change

Motivate and support the team to drive positive culture. Lead by example.

US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTSMust be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.YOU MUST HAVE:

4+ years’ experience in program management, project controls or project support

U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual requirements. Applicants must also be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of security processing.

WE VALUE:

Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and financial systems (Sales Force, SAP, etc.).

Proactive and resourceful self-starter, with ability to multi-task

Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Business, Finance)

Project Management certification (PMP) preferred

Ability to work in ambiguous situations

Exceeding customer expectations
