Description Job Description:We are searching for an Accounting Customer Service Specialist with a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent customer service skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should be adept at providing solutions to any customer inquiries received in the billing department.Responsibilities:Respond effectively and courteously to all billing-related inquiries from customers.Undertake research tasks to clarify any kind of confusion regarding billing processes.Analyze and interpret financial data, making intelligent inferences about the state of affairs.Routinely liaise with our accounting department to resolve any impacting issues.Ensure customers' billing-related concerns are addressed with empathy and tact.Provide timely feedback about the status of client inquiries and handle any escalations.Collaborate with the team to achieve overall organization objectives.Qualifications:Some knowledge in Accounting is crucial, although an in-depth understanding of debits and credits isn't mandatory.Exceptional customer service skills, with previous experience preferred.Ability to communicate complex accounting concepts in a simple and empathetic manner.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities; ability to tackle unexpected challenges and propose effective solutions.Strong interpersonal and teamworking skills, as the role involves interacting with different stakeholders.Advanced skills in using Microsoft Office Packages and familiarity with Accounting software.This role requires a well-balanced mixture of accounting acumen and people skills.
