Hartman Publishing, a small educational publishing company, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are looking for someone who is dependable, accountable, and self-motivated, with outstanding communication skills, strong attention to detail, a great phone demeanor, and an overall positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Tend to incoming calls and orders
Order entry and processing UPS labels for the warehouse
Help maintain the instructor's website
Attend to voicemails, emails, and faxed requests
Assist customers with an array of questions and needs
Assist with various projects as needed
Help with accounts receivables (check entry)
Help with inventory maintenance
Work closely alongside five other Customer Service Representatives and other departments (Sales, Editorial, Warehouse)
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree preferred
Previous experience in customer-facing roles is helpful
Above-average documentation, grammar, analytical, and computer skills
MS Office experience is helpful
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus (but not required)
This position requires a quick learner and proficient multi-tasker. Training and orientation will be onsite.
Pay and Benefits:
$23.00 per hour + end-of-year bonus
