We’re a trusted local automotive repair shop dedicated to providing top-quality service to our customers. From routine maintenance to complex repairs, we take pride in keeping our customers’ vehicles running smoothly—and we need a superstar CSR to help us keep our operations running just as smoothly!
What You’ll Do:
Prep vehicles prior to and following technician's repairs.
Greet customers with a smile and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
Schedule appointments and maintain a well-organized shop calendar.
Communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle needs, repair estimates, and timelines.
Act as a liaison between customers and our team of skilled technicians.
Answer phone calls, emails, and handle inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records and assist with invoicing.
Pick up and drop off parts.
Pick up and drop off customers.
Maintain cleanliness of front office area
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service (automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn about automotive services.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills (experience with scheduling or invoicing software is a bonus).
