We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Social Media Marketing Associate. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who has 1–2 years of experience in customer service and/or social media marketing and enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative, and people-focused environment. You will play a key role in shaping both our customer experience and our online presence, making this a dynamic and highly impactful position within our team.

In this hybrid role, your time will be split evenly between customer service and social media marketing. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for handling inquiries through phone and email in a timely and professional manner. You’ll assist customers with product questions, provide quotes, and manage order processing from start to finish. You’ll also be expected to resolve any issues that may arise and offer exceptional after-sales support, always with a positive and solutions-oriented attitude. Keeping accurate and organized records of all customer interactions and feedback will also be a key part of your daily responsibilities, helping us to continuously improve our service.

On the marketing side, you will take charge of our social media channels, including platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Your main tasks will include creating and scheduling engaging, brand-aligned content, as well as publishing posts that capture our audience’s attention and encourage interaction. Monitoring direct messages, comments, and reviews is an essential part of the role, ensuring our followers feel heard and valued. You will also be responsible for tracking analytics to measure the success of our social media campaigns and generating performance reports for internal review.

Collaboration is an important aspect of the role, particularly when it comes to planning seasonal promotions and campaigns. You’ll work closely with other team members to brainstorm and execute creative content ideas that align with our brand vision and marketing goals. This position offers a great opportunity to grow your skills in both customer support and digital marketing, while contributing directly to the success of a growing company.
