H-2B DRAFT JOB ORDEREmployer Information: BS Liquors LLC d/b/a Mudhen Brewing Co, 127 W Rio Grande Avenue, Wildwood, Cape May County, NJ 08260 (609) 522-8383Worksite: 127 W Rio Grande Avenue, Wildwood,, Wildwood (Cape May County), NJ 0826012 Short Order Cooks positions available. Temporary, full-time position from 05/15/2025 to 11/30/2025. Work shifts are Sunday through Thursday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM OR 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Minimum 40 hrs/week with overtime available. Workers will be paid bi-weekly based on a single work week at a minimum of $17.98 per hour and an overtime rate no less than $26.97 per hour. Meals are provided during working shifts. No other benefits. No minimum education or experience requirement. Job Duties: Employee will be responsible for the preparation and cooking to order of a variety of foods that require short preparation time such as sandwiches, french-fries, salads, lunch foods etc. At times may serve patrons at counters or tables. All tools, supplies and equipment will be provided by employer.No minimum education or experience requirement. Employer may make payroll deductions at employees request. Limited housing is available at workers' cost. Worker is responsible for housing cost of $300.00 per month which includes lodging with kitchenette, utilities (electric & gas), and bedding, due on the 1st of each month. This will not be deducted for workers payroll but will be paid directly to employer by worker. All applicable required tax deductions will be made from payroll as required.A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly and/or reimburse the worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
