Job Description :Supply Chain Finish Goods Planning Experience 3-5 years (CPG space preferable) -Primary RequirementFluent in Spanish - Primary Requirement Support National Distributors to establish quality programs that allow raises the profile of Quality and embeds it as a core value and a key priority for all 3rd Party.Ensures appropriate connectivity and communication are in place between Distributors, 3rd party Blenders, GLT, QA and QC to ensure quality requirements are current and consistent.Give support in coordinate closure of audits corrective actions; conduct paper Audit to review RM, Finished product, Packaging testing; Ensure In-Process Controls such as Filtration records, Temperature records of heated additive tanks, Line Start-up sample results and FFU/FFS; Implement Product AuditEnsure that in the Day-to-day Operations we follow Waiver Process Management, Formulary Flexibility for Adjustments, Fusion approval process and Reporting of Quality IssuesEnsure the manufacture and delivery of quality products through embedding compliance to BP Global Quality Manual and the assurance of implementation and execution of fit-for-use (raw materials and WIP inspection) and fit-for-sale (finished product quality assurance) processes and other Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the 3rd Party manufacturing sitesDevelops set of KPI metrics as a strategy of promotes continues improvement
