The Position:If you’re looking for work with purpose that has that ability to change peoples’ lives, we want to hear from you.  The Job Coach’s role is to guide our clients towards job readiness and enabling opportunities for employment.On a typical day as a Job Coach you might be:Encouraging and motivating participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;Mentoring clients to overcome employment barriers and supporting them through a tailored job plan;Networking with employers and reverse marketing clients to suitable jobs;Ensuring our clients, employers and those we work with, receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.
