Create, update and deliver training material for the GDCM team relating to Property Management and other hotel systems.

Create training materials for departmental processes, classroom training, trainers notes, handouts, presentations, documentation, user guides and other material.

Deliver training to the Global Deployment & Change Management team through various methods E.G. in-person training, Team Member Shadowing, Online platforms etc.

How you will collaborate with others:

Monitor quality of training delivery both to and by the Global Deployment & Change Management team, via various feedback methods and provide additional training where required.

Obtain feedback from the GDCM team on the quality and content of all documentation and training material used by the team and update as required.

Work with business and system subject matter experts to understand system upgrades and new functionality to develop training and documentation advising on the implications for the business.

What deliverables you will take ownership of:

Ensure all information to be communicated is standardized, relevant, and of high quality.

Work with the Learning Technology team to design, develop, maintain, and refresh Property Management System’s hotel-facing learning content

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FITYou have these minimum qualifications:

Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field

Three (3) years of hotel experience using Property, Sales or Revenue Systems

Travel up to 25%.

It would be useful if you have:

Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experience

Five (5) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field

Five (5) years of Hotel experience using Property, Sales, or Revenue Systems

Knowledge of systems training development and delivery

Knowledge of systems deployment and implementation

Previous technology systems training/documentation content creation
