Social Worker II/Professional

Support an average caseload of 8 families. Provide weekly individual and /or couples’ counseling to parents whose children are in foster care, as well as therapeutic visits for the parent and child. Co-facilitate parenting groups that are geared towards identifying and resolving the issues that resulted in placement in out of home care. Partner with DCP&P and other organizations to insure clients have access to necessary. Monitor parents’ progress with services and overall stability in order to assist DCP&P in supporting a permanent plan for the child.
