The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining master data records, ensuring accuracy,completeness, and consistency. The Master Data Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting data governance initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize data quality and integrity.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:

Master Data Management:

Maintain and update master data records in accordance with established data governance policies and procedures.

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across multiple systems and databases.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement master data standards.

Data Quality Assurance and Transformation:

Conduct regular audits and reviews of master data to identify and correct discrepancies.

Implement data quality checks and validation processes to uphold data integrity.

Investigate and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.

Format and prepare data files compatible with system requirements

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with various departments, including IT, Finance, Operations, and Marketing, to understand data requirements and standards.

Provide support and expertise in master data-related matters to internal stakeholders.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance master data management efficiency.

Implement best practices for master data maintenance and governance.

Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for master data processes, standards, and procedures.

Train end-users on master data entry guidelines and best practices.

QualificationsQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in master data management or data analysis role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with ERP systems and master data structures.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in data management tools, specifically Excel.

Knowledge of data governance principles.
