With a huge pipeline of work in 2025 across our major Real Estate projects, we have an Expression of Interest opportunity for a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to join the project management team in Sydney. We are seeking experienced and dynamic professionals in project management to deliver impactful projects across the education, high tech, commercial, and health sectors. The responsibilities include; Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interfaceDeveloping working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completionManaging the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectationsReviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.Managing project timelines, risks and reporting Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on trackChairing project meetings with clients and consultantsBeing engaged with marketing and business development initiatives
