Supported by industry-leading data, technology, and processes, your team will guide customers through their property journey, achieving a higher rate of successful exchanges than industry standards.What you will do: Drive operational excellence, coach and train Buyer's Agents, and actively participate in recruitment to scale the team.Ensure the team meets weekly and monthly targets, supporting operational and commercial objectives.Implement strategies to maximise customer satisfaction and successful property exchanges.Collaborate with leadership to refine processes, boost productivity, and enhance market expertise.Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners to optimise resources and productivity.Encourage the team's use of the Lendi Platform to enhance customer experience and achieve results.
