Job Title: Machine OperatorJob DescriptionThe Machine Operator is responsible for overseeing all packing house machines and their operations. This includes loading bagging materials, troubleshooting during operations, calculating the required amount of film and avocados to complete orders, controlling waste, and ensuring maximum output and efficiency. The role also involves understanding machine operation standards, customer bag configurations, and ensuring the correct usage of film, labels, fruit counts, and box types.
