Okay. For you people that apparently don't know how to read or do not read the entire freaking post. Don't waste your time because you have no shot. This is not a job for me looking for a helper. This is an opportunity for somebody who wants to be an entrepreneur to come in and run a business and get this thing making money from the ground up
Also, if you're not sending me a resume and a business idea or plan that you have, don't waste your time or mine again.
I have been running an OK business for many moons. I am ready to get out of the way and allow a smart business mind to come in and make this business profitable.
I have insurance, truck and tools galore. What I need is a man with a business plan that can take this to the next level and beyond. If you have always felt if you only had the chance you could make a business profitable We can discuss this during the interview.
The catch. I am an honest guy. No tricks. No treating people like shit. No ripping people off. Sounds totally unreasonable I know, but I like to sleep at night and do not have nor do I want the aggravation.
I need a detailed resume that not only has the usual, but gives me an idea of what your idea is. The Company will try to focus on what you wish as long as it turns a profit. We can do this in an in person meeting or you can tell me during the resume
Right now I do pretty OK but I want to make this a real high end, respected business.
