Responsibilities:
-Accurately prepare and organize all job details for embroidery production, including design specifications, sizing, thread colors, and related requirements.
-Manage the art approval process in collaboration with Team Sales Account Managers.
-Maintain a well-organized system for both digital embroidery files and physical files to ensure accessibility and proper storage.
-Develop and oversee the daily embroidery production schedule to meet deadlines and production goals.
-Operate embroidery machines, ensuring proper setup and addressing any technical issues that may arise during production.
-Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience in embroidery production, including machine operation and troubleshooting.
-Proven ability to manage and organize production schedules in a fast-paced environment.
-Familiarity with embroidery design specifications, file preparation, and thread/color management.
-Proficiency with computers, including sending emails, managing digital files, and using Microsoft Office and embroidery software.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in job setup and production prep.
-Effective written and verbal communication skills, especially when working with team account managers.
-Previous experience in a leadership or senior operator role within a production or embroidery setting is a plus.
