We are a large property maintenance company currently hiring snow removal subcontractors for the rest of this season.
We service hundreds of commercial properties including restaurants (Wendys, McDonalds, Taco Bell), shopping malls, hospitals, Lowes, Home Depot, Target, Wal Mart, Costco, Apartment Complexes, Condo Associations, and much more.
We are interested in hiring snow removal subcontractors throughout the whole state of New Jersey to work with us on these properties.
We are hiring plow trucks, loaders, bobcats, and backhoes. There are no shoveling positions available.
Pricing is dependent on which property you are interested in.
We offer hourly rates of $175 / Hr. for a plow truck with a shoveler riding with you (Includes Travel Time)
Skidsteer: Call for pricing (Includes Travel Time)
Backhoe / Loader : Call for pricing (Includes Travel Time)
V-Box Salter : Same as Plow (Includes Travel Time)
Tailgate Spreader: Call for pricing (Includes Travel Time)
We also have per event pricing for each of the locations if you prefer that rather than an hourly rate.

YOU DO NOT NEED SNOW PLOW INSURANCE. Our company will be handling the insurance on these properties.
We pay for all materials either at the point of purchase (pay by phone for HomeDepto, Lowes and Landscape Supply Stores) or Zelle.
Payment: We pay directly after the event by either Zelle, PayPal or Direct Deposit
We will email you the site information and property map for each location that is within your service area. We would ideally like the same company to plow and salt for the rest of the season.
The properties that you will be servicing are our older customers that we have been servicing for years. We recently acquired about 80 new commercial accounts from a large management company that we will service in house with our trucks.
