I would prefer a two man crew. One experienced installer, one helper semi-experienced.
Pay depends on your experience and if you have your own truck and tools.
The amount per kitchen can be hourly or by the job. Subcontractors welcome with
workers comp insurance.
Must be able to work from design plans and take the job from start to finish. Sometimes removal of old
cabinetry is required and disposal.
