Your primary responsibility will involve setting appointments with homeowners who are interested in transitioning to solar. This is not door to door, we will provide you with a list of homeowners to meet with. You will highlight all the benefits of going solar in 1-2 minutes with a proven script that has been tried and tested to work. If the homeowner is interested in hearing more about the solar program and how it can save them money, you will simply gather their information and schedule an appointment for a manager to come back to their house to do a presentation.
Requirements:
-Must have a valid Driver’s license
-Reliable Vehicle and active auto insurance
- Authorized to work in the US and be 18 years old or older
- Positive attitude, a passion for success, and a teachable spirit
-Must be able to work Tuesday through Saturday 12:30pm - 8:30pm
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours a week
- Effective communication skills (we can sharpen them with training)
-Enjoy working with people and a team
- High energy, integrity, and internal motivation
