This is a full-time hybrid role for an Energy Advisor at JEM Solar Solutions LLC located in Runnemede, NJ, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Energy Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on energy efficiency solutions. You will assess clients' energy usage, conduct energy audits, and recommend energy-saving strategies, products, and services. You will also educate clients on available incentives and financing options and assist with the implementation of energy-efficient systems.
Qualifications

-No previous sales experience required
-Willingness to learn the Knowledge of energy-efficient products and technologies
-Coachable and Teachable
-Familiarity with energy audits and assessments
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a plus
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-A quick learner who can pick up sales best practices
-Proficiency in relevant software and tools
-Prior experience in the energy industry or energy efficiency consulting is a plus
