Hours: Monday - Friday 9 am-5 pm
Pay: $18 hourly
As a leasing consultant, you will be responsible for facilitating the rental process for our properties. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Conducting property tours for prospective tenants and highlighting key features of available units.
- Assisting prospective tenants with the application process and ensuring all required documentation is complete.
- Communicating lease terms, rental policies, and community rules to prospective tenants.
- Responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Maintaining accurate records of rental inquiries, applications, and lease agreements.
- Collaborating with property management to ensure units are market-ready and meet tenant expectations.
- Addressing tenant concerns and coordinating maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Assisting with lease renewals and rental payment processing as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
