Part-time Administrative Assistant Position for a Condominium Association Available in Cherry Hill, NJ. Up to 24 hours a week.
Must have general knowledge of QuickBooks and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Good communication skills and a friendly positive personality.
Some of the duties would include:
Answer phone calls
Maintenance Work Orders
Accounts Receivable/Payable
Bank Deposits/Bank Reconciliation
Type up various notices and general correspondence
Keep contact lists up-to-date
Process New Homeowners
Order Supplies
Filing
Spreadsheets
Assist maintenance manager and property manager in other duties when necessary
