We are seeking Permanent - Office Secretary "Bilingual a Plus" to assist with project-based work.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Office Secretary will be responsible for accurate input of data into the company database. The Office Secretary will process client information, follow up on documents, and ensure proper placement of inputs into our system.

Detail Oriented with the ability to follow directions

Secretary must have;

Excellent Communication skills

Ability to work independently with minnimal supervisions

and strong Internet connection.

Hours are Monday - Friday 9:am to 5:pm

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE - SECRETARY;

Must have prior data entry experience, be organized and detail-oriented, and have excellent communication (written and verbal) skills

Ability to work independently and work in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines

Excellent knowledge of Micro Soft Word

Management Training Opportunity after 90 days

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience

Intermediate to experience in employee relations as it relates management (i.e., to include conversations around terminations, etc.)

Experience in managing multi-site operations

Experience providing customer service and client-facing conversation

Experience in conflict resolution and the ability to diffuse and deescalate situations

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Must be a good follower to be a great leader
