We are looking for a dependable and organized Office Scheduler to join our team! This position involves managing day to day scheduling tasks, handling administrative duties, and assisting with light office management responsibilities. You will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

This is a part time position, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and enjoys working in a team-oriented professional, office (and work from home).

Responsibilities Include:

Scheduling appointments and staff assignments

Answering phones and emails in a timely and professional manner

Coordinating calendars and availability for team members

Maintaining and organizing office files and records

Assisting with onboarding of new staff and office coordinator

Requirements: prior experience in scheduling, office administration, or a similar role.
