BDC Representative – Used Car Dealership
Full-Time | Monday – Saturday
Compensation: Based on Experience (Base Pay + Commission)

Position Summary:
As a BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers. Your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, managing online leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining strong communication with both customers and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and follow up with internet leads in a timely and professional manner
Set appointments for the sales team with qualified leads
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Follow up with previous customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Work closely with sales managers and team members to ensure high-quality customer service
Requirements:
Previous experience in a BDC, call center, or customer service role (automotive experience a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Compensation:
Pay is based on experience
Performance bonuses and commission opportunities available
