Manage and maintain office filing systems, both digital and physical.
Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors.
Handle communication with vendors, including processing invoices and managing accounts payable/receivable.
Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks using QuickBooks.
Prepare and organize project-related documents, contracts, and permits.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the team.
Order and maintain office supplies.
Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the construction team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an office administrative or management role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not required.
Position can have flexible hours does not need to be full-time
