Admin Needed 04/10 for business meeting ($800)

We are flying in from out of state for in important meeting with a Fortune 500 company. Our admin had a family emergency at the last minute. Need assistance with meeting which includes: passing out handouts, taking notes, keeping track of time and schedule. The meeting is scheduled for 4 hours.
