Join a well-established, locally owned, small business located in Marlton, New Jersey. We seek a highly motivated individual to assist with marketing & administrative duties. We are looking for someone who's motivated with excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. The pay is weekly and will be based upon merit and experience. The hours are flexible and the position is full or part time. Computer literacy, basic graphic design & SEO are a must.
The duties will include:
1. Supervise marketing campaigns to achieve better engagement from consumers.
2. Assist in creating and updating content on multiple platforms, including websites, social media accounts, blogs, and emails.
3. Monitoring & updating our company profile on new marketing sites, including but not limited to; Google, Facebook, Home Advisor, Angie's List, backlinks, etc.
4. Oversee CRM data.
5. Implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
6. market research to identify target audience demographics.
Qualifications
Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role is an advantage.
Strong understanding of budgeting principles and financial management within marketing contexts.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools for optimizing web content.
Knowledge of HTML is a plus for managing online content effectively.
Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite for design projects.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
