JOB OVERVIEW:
The ideal candidate should be a service-oriented individual who can handle a wide range of light housekeeping duties . Must be flexible and bubbly.You will be responsible for housekeeping and office cleaning services for the primary residence as well as a nearby office in the area. You are to maintain all areas clean and organized standards, as well as other household tasks /duties. Flexibility is requested.
General housekeeping and upkeep of the residence
Ability to anticipate household owner needs/lending a hand when needed with all household duties
Additional housekeeper responsibilities and duties as needed and requested by the sole occupant/owner
Prepping/chopping vegetables and fruits
Attending Miscellaneous errands, including grocery shopping, Costco, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong communication skills(bubbly,charismatic) - in person, over the phone, or by text
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
Demonstrate the utmost professional discretion
Possess positive attitude
Demonstrate flexibility and problem solving skills
Punctual, responsible, honest
Maintain confidentiality of information, communication and records
Must possess a valid driver’s license
