Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance on a variety of GM vehicles
- Align and repair automotive systems including brakes, suspension, and powertrain
- Conduct automotive services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues
- Use power tools and equipment effectively to complete repairs
- Work on automotive electrical systems including wiring and components
- Weld and fabricate as needed for repairs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of GM vehicles preferred
- Proficiency in automotive service procedures
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to use power tools effectively
- Familiarity with automotive electrical systems
- Welding experience is a plus
- Understanding of powertrain components and functions
