PREP COOK - DISHWASHER

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Prep Cook to join our Culinary Team and work alongside our Head Chef, Finalist from Gordon Ramsey's Hell's Kitchen. This position plays a vital role in our Professional kitchen, ensuring that food preparation and service are conducted efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities - Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu plans under the Head Chef. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment, as needed. - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards throughout all food preparation processes. - Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies. - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation - Experience - Previous experience in a kitchen is required. - Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safety practices is essential. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen. - A passion for cooking and providing quality meals to our catering customers and in-store buffet customers is highly valued.
