Cashier/Sales
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders both in person and over the phone, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Serve food and drinks to guests, maintaining a high standard of presentation and customer service.
Act as a liaison between the kitchen staff and the dining area, ensuring smooth communication and prompt service.
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and customer focus.
Handle payment transactions and ensure accurate billing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a pizzaeria or restaurtant setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent; further training in hospitality or culinary arts is a plus.
