We require a 4-year degree from an accredited university in the U.S. We prefer a teaching credential or substitute permit (we'll help you get one and pay for it). We also look for educators with prior experience as a classroom teacher, elementary teacher, teaching assistant, tutor, instructor, camp counselor, or other related roles.
