What we do:
Provide professional tax preparation services to clients.
Proactively engage with customers to offer tax preparation assistance.
Conduct tax interviews, answer walk-in questions
Utilize basic computer skills for tax preparation.
Participate in tax preparation training and continuous professional development.

Interact with the IRS and state tax offices on behalf of our clients
Entry-Level Qualifications:
Customer service skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Basic computer skills.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team.
Your Expertise:
Successful completion of theLiberty Tax certifications
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Comfort working with virtual tools – video, phone and chat
Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone and in writing
Must meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements
High school diploma / equivalent or higher
