This post is for a bookkeeper and office administrator position for a family owned and operated 40+ year old company. Our office is in the Conestoga Building in downtown Medford in a safe environment within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We have free parking in the parking lot behind our building.
Responsibilities to Include:
Maintaining our QuickBooks accounting software and clearing checks
Additional Responsibilities to Include:
- Create/Edit Spreadsheets in Excel
- Mail Merges between MS Word and Excel
- Sending Emails to customers
- Handle incoming phone calls
- Book/Co-ordinate travel for our team
- Co-ordination of schedules for meetings and projects
- Send mailings and ship lightweight packages
- Organizing Files
Required skills:
- Microsoft Office - especially Outlook and Excel
- QuickBooks
- SharePoint (minimal experience necessary)
