Description This role available through Robert Half is a unique opportunity to contribute as a Communications Specialist in the implementation of marketing and communications strategies. Additionally, you will track the results of marketing campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate for this Communications Specialist position is a creative marketer with a track record of stellar writing skills and a proven ability to communicate to diverse audiences. This permanent employment opportunity is 100% remote working west coast hours. Responsibilities: Copywriting, prooing, and editing for internal and external communications Assets for internal communications (about 40% of work): educating employees about internal focus areas, leadership communication, and information about company policies Assets for external communications (about 60% of work): email campaigns, marketing campaigns, social assets, messages from CEO, etc. Take minutes for meetings with key stakeholders Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up-to-date with relevant developments Facilitate the resolution of disputes with external role-players Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives Support and evaluate results of communication campaigns with the team Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field Exceptional written and oral communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint (about 2 presentations per month), and Excel (for data for board presentations) Work well under pressure to meet deadlines Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized Strategic and creative mindset Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
