Description Seeking Customer Service Representatives!Robert Half is seeking an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative to expand their career in the growing Logistics industry. This Customer Service Representative opportunity is located in Somerset, New Jersey, and is a long-term contract / temporary to full-time engagement.Key responsibilitiesOrganize and route incoming telephone calls
Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion
Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Field and send out send written business correspondence Requirements - Proficient with diversified computer software and systems
Customer service and office administrative skills
Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Solid understanding of customer service
Knowledge of account management
Data entry experience preferred
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office
Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
