Join us in shaping our future–and yours.Role reports to: Director, North America Planning ExcellenceLocation: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)Travel : 10%Pay: 88,000- 142,600What you will doThe North America Planning Excellence Lead is responsible for leading and delivering strategic planning programs and improvement projects across demand and supply. Additionally, the lead serves as a key interface and leadership role with other functions to partner and deliver improvements that require cross-functional support:Key Responsibilities

Partners with local and global SMEs to understand the current state and define changes to processes, systems and roles/responsibilities to drive improvements across the E2E planning processes in like with the Planning strategic roadmap.

Ensures data, tools, and processes are developed and implemented to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.

Partners with non-planning functions to redefine processes, metrics, and KPIs to ensure a seamless and well orchestrated E2E process and information flow.

Supports the design and operationalization of the new ERP (SAP S4) and planning system (OMP) currently being implemented.

QualificationsWhat we are looking forRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

6 years of Supply Chain experience where at least 4 years are in Demand or Supply Planning role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Process excellence experience is preferred.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Desired Qualifications

Proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.

Experience with planning systems and tools.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $88,000 to 142,600 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
