AP/AR Supervisor

Description We are on the lookout for a proficient AP/AR Supervisor to become a part of our team in Secaucus, New Jersey. In this role, your main task will be to manage customer accounts, process applications, and maintain accurate records. You will also be responsible for resolving any inquiries brought forth by customers.Responsibilities: Efficiently and accurately processing customer credit applications. Maintaining precise records of customer credits. Overseeing a team of specialists in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Credit/Collections. Ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. Assisting in the month-end process, journal entries, and reconciliations. Utilizing Excel for tasks such as VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables. Applying communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers. Managing the use of Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services. Implementing knowledge of Account Coding, Concur, and Data Processing in daily tasks. Handling various accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accrual Accounting. Conducting Auditing and overseeing Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions. Requirements Demonstrable proficiency in Account Coding Proficient in utilizing Accounting Software Systems Experience in ADP - Financial Services Skilled in using Concur Capable of efficient Data Processing Understanding and execution of Accounting Functions Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) Proficiency in Accrual Accounting Experience in Auditing Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
