This means the role holder may have to interpret a range of different regulations.Main responsibilitiesAssist in supporting the global compliance monitoring programme structure for Ocorian JerseyCarry out compliance monitoring tasks in line with such programmeAssist with the production of the regular compliance reportsAssist with the Compliance related tasks around the management of CPD for the wider businessMonitoring / maintenance of key Jersey regulatory registers (e.g. breaches, complaints, PEPs, regulatory updates / correspondence etc.)Maintenance of the Jersey Compliance CalendarAssist with the management of queries received via the internal Compliance MailboxAssist with regulatory / audit / obliged person reliance related requests for informationSupport and deliver other compliance related activitiesAssist in developing and implementing global and Jersey compliance guidance and processesSupport the Global Client Screening process as requiredProvide Compliance advice if within area of knowledge
