Description We have a contract to permanent employment opportunity within the Government industry, located in the Roselle, New Jersey area. This role involves processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries as part of our team. Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications Maintain and update customer credit records Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions Provide high quality customer service Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as necessary Handle email correspondence with professionalism Schedule appointments as per the requirements Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for data entry and communication purposes.Requirements Possession of strong customer service skills to handle client queries effectively Proficient in answering inbound calls, managing customer complaints and providing solutions Capable of handling both inbound and outbound calls professionally Demonstrable experience in data entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Proficient in email correspondence, with the ability to draft, send and manage emails professionally Skilled in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, calendars and contacts Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint to create, edit, and present slide presentations Skilled in using Microsoft Word for various tasks including drafting letters, creating reports, and more Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, managing time and resources effectively.
